Three Phased Approached

Phase 1: Engagement/Contract

  • Defining scope of work with customer
  • Ask for current Operational performance reporting (to be used as the "benchmark" of our effectiveness-scorecard)
  • Clear understanding of deliverables for both customer and KEDORA, LLC
  • Agreeing to payment terms and conditions: All payments made prior to engagement
    • payments to include service fee and all travel expenses associated with engagement
  • Ensure customer knows we will provide direct, unbiased, and honest feedback based on our company's education, experience, and understanding of client's current business environment.

Phase 2: Engagement/Deliverable

  • Observe Operation and Leadership/Management engagement and involvement with daily activities.
  • Understand the Operational dynamics and ensure goals and objectives of day to day activities are clearly defined and understood for those actually executing.
  • Evaluate and demonstrate effective operational and leadership practices within client's organization.

Phase 3: Disengagement/Follow Up

  • Ensure client has teachings and summary of findings to refer to in the future
  • Offer to re-visit or re-engage client at a later date or on a continued follow up agreed upon scheduled time.
  • Ensure customer is committed to training current leaders to ensure leadership traits align with company's culture which will result in desired outcomes.
  • Ask client for a follow up report on Operational performance after our visit.

Dynamic Leadership Discovery Program- (Navy SEAL, Military Leaders, Executive Leaders engagement)

  • 1. One full day commitment for training
    • a. morning session- training on 14 leadership traits; discussion on current leadership capabilities within your organization; framework for afternoon session.
    • b. afternoon session- leadership identification/development exercises; dynamic discussion on what was learned, observed, and applied during exercises.
    • c. Wrap Up/Debrief Session- Summary of days events with leadership team that was trained.

What: Identification of Leadership traits in teams and leaders of those teams in an effort to build more effective teams and creating better leaders of those teams.

Duration: 1 day

Gold

Leadership Coaching/Mentoring

What: Leadership Identification Training-Silver plus education on successful leadership practices in 1:1 situations as well as group/team settings; Implementation of leadership principles to develop highly successful and high functioning teams; Executive/Management level Coaching/Mentoring

Duration: 2-3 days initially; (Monthly follow Ups up to 12 months)

Price: (dependent on scope of needs by client)


Public Speaking Engagements

Topics: Leadership, Executive/Corporate Operations, Motivational/Inspirational Messages

What: Talk about our team's experiences as a Nay SEAL, military officer, corporate executive, and leader. Educating our audiences on how to be successful operating in multiple areas of leadership. Inspiring/Motivating teams and/or organizations to be phenomenal and not just average.

Value to Customer: Inside exposure about what success looks like from the classrooms to the boardrooms, combat situations, as well as the athletic fields of competition from those who have experienced and learned from it. Get real life knowledge and understanding on how to handle multiple situations in a way that produces positive and desired results.

Duration: 45 mins - 1 hour
